Rock Stars of STEM

 

The Dream Tour is all about introducing students around the country to positive people making a difference in the world. In addition to the shuttle chairs, lights, sounds and extra effects, a new concept for promoting real life role models in science called Rock Stars of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) are used to highlight individuals who exhibit excellence in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics. These individuals are asked to attend and present at the Tour events, along with Dr. Harris to, inspire the students. The Rock Stars deliver an informative and motivational message about their career, what inspired them and why they chose their particular career path. The Rock Stars of STEM are provided by ExxonMobil, including talent from both its corporate and regional offices.
